The bungalows sit next to the Maspalomas Golf Course, just 2 km from the Dunes of Maspalomas nature reserve. A free shuttle bus runs daily to Maspalomas beach and to the centre of Playa del Inglés. The shopping centre Faro 2 is a few minutes away, and street parking is available on site.

Meals are served at Cordial Green Golf, the sister hotel directly in front of the complex, offering breakfast and dinner. Evening entertainment shows and activities take place at Green Golf, accessible with the same key card. The pool bar at Sandy Golf operates during the day, serving pizza, chips, and a variety of drinks.

A children's playground and entertainment staff are available on site, keeping young guests engaged. The shallow end of one pool and the large circular pool with a lifeguard on duty from 10am to 5pm add safety. Families can request adjacent bungalows and use the free shuttle to reach the beach easily.
